India Test Firing Missiles Near Pakistan
As tensions rise with neighboring nuclear-armed Pakistan, India is test firing its nuclear-capable missiles in Rajasthan, a region that borders Pakistan. India's Defense Minister A.K. Antony told the Press Trust of India that the tests were pre-planned.
