Schiphol and Rotterdam airports have announced plans to provide one hundred disadvantaged Moroccan youth — currently living in the Netherlands — with a fast-track, five-week training program so they can become airport workers. After completing training, the youths will be able to hold trainnee positions. From there, they can work up through the ranks to hold official airport jobs. From Expatica:

"The police will select the candidates for the programme. In connection with the strict security requirements at the airport they must not have been in trouble with the law for any serious crimes. The project has been named after Princess Maxima."

A spokesperson for Schiphol Airport confirmed with Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that the program will begin in November.
