John Doe Wins!

It's official: John Doe has won. Congressional leaders tried to kill a provision in the Homeland Security bill that allows John Doe to report suspicious behavior without the fear of a lawsuit. But John Doe has prevailed and immunity will be granted to Good Samaritans across the country.
